Terms of Service

RelHose Private Limited (“RelHose”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you to our mobile application (“App”), a user-generated video content streaming and sharing platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms are drafted in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian laws. The App is currently in beta phase and available exclusively in India.

1. Applicability

• These Terms apply to your use of the RelHose mobile application during its beta launch in India.
• The App allows users to create, upload, stream, and share video content, including short clips (reels), and interact with other users’ content through likes, comments, subscriptions, and other engagement features.

Note:

• These Terms apply only to the App and not to third-party websites or services linked through the App.
• As RelHose scales or expands, these Terms may be updated to reflect new features, services, or legal requirements.
• We do not control third-party services or policies. If you click on third-party links in descriptions, we are not responsible for any resulting issues.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform and Services:

• You must be at least 18 years old, the minimum age applicable in India for this App.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under applicable law.
• You must not appear on any denied party listings issued by domestic or foreign authorities.
• You must comply with these Terms and adhere to the Community Guidelines provided herein.

3. Products and Services

A. Products

• Users may create, upload, stream, and share videos and short clips (collectively, “Content”).
• Users may view, like, comment, share, and subscribe to other users’ content.
• The Platform tracks engagement metrics and provides features for community interaction.

B. Services

• RelHose offers AI-driven recommendations and analytics to enhance content discovery and user engagement.
• Users can manage channels, upload content, schedule posts, and receive insights regarding their content’s performance.
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant RelHose a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use the content to provide and promote the Services.

4. Community Guidelines

By using the Platform, you agree to strictly follow these guidelines. You must not:

• Post content that:
  1. Belongs to another person without permission.
  2. Is obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or harmful to minors.
  3. Violates intellectual property rights or any applicable law.
  4. Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  5. Misleads, impersonates, or deceives other users.
  6. Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior.
  7. Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with App functionality.
• Share private or sensitive personal information without consent.
• Post content restricted by age or other community mechanisms without applying proper access controls.

Corrective Measures:

• RelHose may delete content, deactivate or delete accounts, or report violations to authorities.
• For non-grave violations, users may receive up to three warnings, after which accounts may be temporarily deactivated for 9 days. Repeated violations can lead to permanent deletion.
• For grave or illegal violations, RelHose may take immediate action, including permanent deletion, without prior warning.

5. Privacy Policy

• Users acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy in conjunction with these Terms.
• RelHose collects user information to provide Services, including device data and identification information.
• Your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy is required to use the Platform.

6. Rights to Corrective Measures and Control

• RelHose may enforce access control mechanisms (e.g., parental controls, content age restrictions) to comply with applicable laws.
• RelHose may amend, delete, or report any content or account that violates these Terms, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.
• Content retained for legal or investigative purposes will be deleted once the purpose is complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

• RelHose employs best efforts to protect personal and sensitive information but makes no warranty of absolute safety or security.
• RelHose is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, ethics, or legality of user-generated content.
• Users are advised to exercise caution while interacting with content or third-party links.
• Users agree to indemnify RelHose and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from violations of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Governed by Indian laws.
• Any disputes related to the Platform or Services will be resolved under Indian law and the jurisdiction of courts in Kovvuru, AndhraPradesh, india..

9. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated to reflect changes in Services, legal requirements, or operations.
• Significant updates will be communicated via in-app notifications or updated “Last Updated” date.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Beta Launch and Geographic Scope

• The App is currently in its beta phase and is available exclusively in India.
• Users located outside India cannot access or use the Services during this beta phase.
• As we scale and expand the Platform globally, these Terms may be updated to reflect new features, services, or regional compliance requirements.

11. Beta Services Disclaimer

Our Services, or certain features within them, may be offered as part of a beta program. Beta Services are made available to you for testing and evaluation purposes only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You understand and agree that:

• Beta Services may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect performance or reliability.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta Services at any time without notice.
• We make no guarantee that Beta Services will become part of the final, generally available product.
• Your use of Beta Services is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from such use.
• We greatly appreciate any feedback you provide regarding Beta Services, which may be used to improve our offerings.

12. Acceptance

By signing up and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
